Achieving a state of Deep Present Moment (DPM) or being in the present moment is indeed a fundamental aspect of mindfulness, and it has numerous benefits for mental well-being and overall quality of life. It helps individuals cultivate greater awareness, reduce stress, improve focus, enhance emotional regulation, and promote a sense of contentment and fulfillment in the here and now. It’s a valuable skill that can lead to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
We teach such methods of achieving Deep Present Moment as meditative practices, yoga workouts, inner silence , breathing exercises, methods focused on nurturing emotional growth.

A 2-hour session that includes deep relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, immersion into stillness, mindfulness techniques, gratitude practices and heart opening. We will also talk about the basics of our methodology and how it can improve your life.
6-day online course led by our experienced instructors. It helps to understand basic elements of the DPM methodology to ensure full immersion on later stages. This course includes 3 online sessions, each 2,5 hours long.
Duration 5-7 hours (usually takes one day).

This stage can trigger powerful natural cleansing processes and allows you to rest, reboot, connect with each other and have a personal experience of the deep present moment.
Retreat includes: vegan menu, complete silence and information detox, practices in a meditation hall and in nature, group and individual meditative practices, learning a special set of exercises, sadhu nail board practice, laughter therapy, group unity practices.
Regular 30 minutes online sessions. Includes deep relaxation techniques; breathing exercises; immersion in stillness; techniques for working with attention; practices of gratitude and heart opening.
A “Practice leader” training can be offered.
