Practice of Stillness

How to awaken from the dream of personality and consciously shape your reality and find the source of strength and joy

EVERY TUESDAY & SATURDAY | RIGA

Practice of stillness –  is a unique and highly effective method that unites the body, mind, and consciousness.

The program is based on meditative practices.
Participants learn techniques for attention management and unconditional acceptance of life. As a result, natural processes of cleansing and restoration of all body systems are activated.
This helps increase mindfulness, experience profound joy, and unlock hidden energy reserves to improve areas of life where needed.
The positive changes are cumulative. After 1–4 regular sessions, the first changes can be noticed, and after 8–10 sessions, they become more evident.
The theoretical part of the sessions provides an understanding of the human evolution mechanism, the true spiritual path, and the tools that allow one to follow it consciously and as quickly as possible.

FAQ

Payment is made to the administrator before the class in cash.

Yes, our method is very simple to learn and is suitable for anyone, regardless of their physical fitness level or theoretical knowledge.
However, despite the simplicity of the method, it holds immense potential and will be beneficial even for experienced practitioners.

In any case, before each session, we ask all participants to set aside their past experiences and approach the practice with a “blank slate.” This removes expectations and allows for the maximum benefit from the class.

Such a diet requires significantly less energy for digestion. This means that the freed-up energy can be used for cleansing and restructuring your psycho-physical state.

Why exclude the consumption of alcohol and tobacco?

During the session, the body undergoes a cleansing process, removing accumulated tensions, toxins, and habitual mental patterns. This is quite a serious load. Combining the practice with smoking, alcohol consumption, or the use of psychoactive substances will lead to the intensification of accumulated issues, which in turn can worsen your well-being and health.

People with mental disorders, epilepsy, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to participate in the sessions.

With caution, based on your well-being, if: — You have had surgery recently (less than a month ago); — You are in the acute phase of an illness.
